Dubai: It’s time to gear up for the Christmas festivities at WAFI. This winter, little elves will be helping Santa and visitors will be able to witness the best of ‘Elf Adventures at WAFI’ from 5 – 24 December.
The opening day, on Thursday 5th December, will kick off with a spectacular choir performance from the talented children of Dubai British School Jumeirah Park and the tree lighting ceremony with Santa, from 5pm.
Animated displays will see the elves hard at work and visitors will be able to watch them up close and personal at Elf Village located around the tree. Tickets for the grotto are just AED 70 and the price includes a visit to Santa where children will receive a soft toy and a framed photograph with Santa. The ticket also includes a run on the ski simulator, a free hot chocolate and mince pie at Biella and many more offers across WAFI.
The slightly older ones can visit Elf Mountain and hit the slopes at the thrilling ski simulator. The virtual reality simulator mimics real-life slopes and is perfect for kids 10 years and above. Part of the grotto ticket or available separately for just AED 20, the simulator promises fun for visitors of all ages. Visitors to Elf Mountain will also have the chance to “take an elfie” with lots of impressive photo opportunities.
Boys and girls will be able to enjoy an arts & crafts area and watch Christmas movies as they eagerly wait to meet Santa while the parents can shop their seasonal goodies from our Christmas retailers.
Santa’s elves are also waiting to hear your Christmas wishes, post your letters in our post box and the elves will see if you have been naughty or nice to have a chance to make dreams come true!
