The rainforest-inspired restaurant offers a unique taste of the Amazon with bold yet harmonious blending flavors. The expansive menu boasts an unforgettable selection and a true-to-its-word adventure. Amazónico is ready to take you on a voyage across Latin America. Travel to the heart of Mexico with Aguachile, a traditional Mexican seafood dish that has been given a special Amazónico twist.

The classic Mexican-style red snapper ceviche is dressed in avocado cream and then finished with firey jalapenos. For the more adventurous (and plant based!) foodies, the  fresh and unique Amazónico Ura Maki will not dissapoint. This Peruvian delicacy is inspired by Nikkei cuisine, which uses local and seasonal ingredients in traditional Japanase style. The burst of mango wrapped with a slice of avacado and topped with coconut and cacao nibs will instantly transport you to the luscious lands of Peru.

For all the meat lovers, the Picanha is on top of the list. This succulent Brazilian style grilled rump steak is served on skewers and cooked in open fire. The prized cut of meat holds ample amounts of flavor and texture – a must-have to experience the exotic palate of Brazil. Argentina is our next stop with Amazónico’s bestseller, Entraña. Known to be the most legendary cuts of meat in Argentinian culture, the Entraña is a juicy, skirt steak served with classic Chimichurri.

This delicious cut is famous for its rich flavor and ingenious blends of spice. Patacones are an absolute favorite at Amazónico, and with good reason! Double-fried, green plantains pattys are topped with smoky-pulled veal and guacamole puree. Originating in Colombia and full of flavors these little bites are perfect way to start a true Amazónian feast. Amazónico is known for its warm hospitality, captivating atmosphere and eclectic vibes, where each dish pays tribute to a rich culinary heritage that subtly blends influences from South America, Europe & Asia.

Located in Gate Village, Pavillon DIFC, Amazónico is Saturday – Tuesday from 12PM to 1AM and Wednesday – Friday 12PM to 2AM. As seating is limited, it is recommended reservations are made early and in advance, no walk-ins allowed.
