Angelina celebrates iconic Mont-Blanc pastry for a full week
Iconic 100-year-old recipe showcased with 6 variations across all Angelina outlets
November 5th, 2015 – Dubai, UAE: Delightfully light sweet sensations will explode onto waiting taste buds at Angelina tearooms across the UAE as the famous Parisian patisserie celebrates its iconic Mont-Blanc pastry for a full week starting on November 5th and continuing till November 12th 2015.
The Mont-Blanc week, held across all global Angelina team rooms and its three UAE locations, sees the eponymous tearoom’s iconic pastry take pride of place with its sumptuous combinations of vermicelli, meringue, light whipped cream and an array of 6 decadentflavors.
Dessert lovers and guests with fine palates will be delighted by the Mont-Blanc pastry’s unique closely guarded recipe that has made thepastry a mainstay of Angelina’s Parisian experience since 1903.
While the classic Mont Blanc gracefully combines meringue and whipped cream under a dome of chestnut cream vermicelli, guests celebrating the Mont-Blanc week will be able to experience the pastry in all its six delightful variations. These include the Mont Blanc Cassis that adds hints of blackcurrant cream vermicelli to the mix, and the Choc Mont-Blanc where dark chocolate leaves and milk chocolate create a scintillating combination with the light whipped cream.
The Fraise-Vanille version explores the delight of strawberry cream while the Mont-Blanc Praline introduces gingerbread slivers to complement a praline cream heart. The Mont-Blanc Coco-Passion imbues the famous pastry with a passion fruit heart to go with the chestnut cream vermicelli, while the Framboise heads down the route of piquant raspberry to complement its fluffy creamy flavours.
