Tom Ford Spring/Summer 2015 Backstage Beauty
For SPRING/SUMMER 2015, Tom Ford draws his inspiration from 70s rock and roll glamour, and the corresponding beauty look is inspired by singer Chrissie Hynde.
Tom Ford worked with makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury to bring the beauty concept to the runway. Sam McKnight styled color matched razor-cut wigs on each of the models. Manicurist Ana Tole applied a neutral nail.
To achieve the makeup look, bare skin was prepped with the Tom Ford Intensive Infusion Ultra Rich Moisturizer as well as the Tom Ford Illuminating Primer for a radiant glow.
The Tom Ford Correcting Pen and Tom Ford Traceless Cream Foundation Stick were used to diminish imperfections and even skin tone. The Tom Ford Brow Sculptor was used to create a “finished brow.”
Eyes were smoky and truly glamorous. The Tom Ford Eye Defining Pencil in Onyx lined inner and outer eyes, followed by the Tom Ford Cream Color for Eyes in Spring 2015, which will debut in February. The Tom Ford Extreme Mascara was applied to complete the eye look.
The classic Tom Ford Lip Color in Vanilla Suede created a bold nude lip. The Tom Ford Nail Lacquer in Toasted Sugar was used on nails.
