River Island – Autumn / Winter 2015 Womenswear Collection

Autumn Winter 2015 at River Island encompasses the adventurous spirit of the 60s and relaxed  vibes  of  the 70s,  combining  elements  from  these  influential  eras  with  the present to  create  a  unique,  bold  and  sophisticated  collection  for  the  season  ahead. Highlights of  jewel  tones  and  sugary  sorbets  add  depth to  the  traditional  earthy  and sombre palette for a refreshing alternative to autumnal hues.

70s Luxe combines  clean  tailoring  with  touches of  pretty  Victoriana  and  graphic  colour blocking  to create an  effortlessly  elegant collection.  Mannish  suits in  soft  caramels  are juxtaposed  against  flute sleeves  and  pussy  bow  necklines  for  a luxe  bohemian  feel.  Key shapes for trousers are culottes and flares whilst skirts take on A‐line silhouettes.
