January 2014 – Dubai, UAE:  Warda Haute Couture by Rahil Hesan announces the launch of Impératrice – (Empress in French), a bridal collection that is as regal as the bride herself. The collection embodies classic silhouettes delicately designed and hand sewn by expert couturiers.
