Last week I was invited for a Spa Review at the SpaDunya at JBR.

I had the most relaxing 2 hours with them.

I tried their Signature Color Harmonizing Wellness Therapy, along with a 30 minutes relaxing Glacial Face Cure.

Spa Dunya uses this unique ‘Color Therapy’ concept which not only releases the body stress, but works effectively at harmonizing the mind, body and spirit. They use 100% Organic Altearah Bio products.

Prior to my therapy, I sat with the lovely ‘Shahida H. Siddique’ who is the mind behind this unique color therapy concept. She explained me about the whole therapy, products, benefits, healing process and how different colors are associated to different feelings, and what effect each color has on one’s mind, body and soul. There are 14 different color products and each color is for a different mood/feeling .

Before the start of the therapy, I went through the color test, where I was asked to choose 4 colors, 1 at each time.

Shahida, explained me the feeling behind the each color I chose and explained me, how the combination of the 4 colors can create a different harmonizing energy and help in  healing process from within.

Shortly after, I had a Spa tour. The Spa had beautiful treatment rooms, makeup rooms, hair station, hammam room, nail station and more…

My therapist was ‘Ms. Nok’. She explained me the whole process, and how she would use the different color combos on different parts of my body.

She was amazing at relieving stressed muscles through pressing the right points. My massage lasted for almost an hour. The treatment truly helped me unwind, rejuvenate and completely de-stress myself.

I also had this amazing mini facial. Nok cleansed and conditioned my face followed by a deep serum massage. Altearah Serum smelled amazing and the product blended well with my sensitive skin.

Overall I had a great time at SpaDunya and I would recommend to all those  looking out for deeper healing and relaxing  massage,  you must for sure visit SpaDunya.
