Few days back, I attended the Skin Academy event by the most trusthwordy and reliable sun protection and skin care brand Bioderma.

It is always good to be aware of the things we can do in our daily life to protect our skin and control early ageing along with fighting many skin problems which can be avoided by just spending a minute or two every day on our skin.

Time and again we have heard of how the UVA and UVB rays harm our skin and how important is sun protection, not only during summer, but throughout the year. But, do we really understand the seriousness of this? or are we all still taking it too easy?

On May 9th, I attended the event by Bioderma and now I know everything about UVA, UVB and UVC rays and  importance of sun protection and skin care.

Thanks to Dr. Sawsan Al Mulla from Sawsan Medical Center for informing and enlightening us about how we can protect our skin from ageing and pigmentation by just spending 2 minutes everyday using the right products.

Bioderma is offering the best Sunscreen products byfar with options of Sunscreen sprays, lotions cream and my favorite tinted sunscreen. @biodermame

Currently I am using the Bioderma Photoderm MAX 50+ SPF. This is a white sunscreen and prior to using this, I use to think that it will make the skin look patchy and oily…. but NO!

If you use right amount of product and then nicely blend on the face, you won’t even feel any extra layer on your skin. It is light weight and one of the most important step of the day (more than your toner and serum ). I have made it my mantra now, if I leave home before 5pm, I am not leaving without a sun protection. Followed by the sunscreen,  you can apply your makeup.

This is ideal for sensitive skin and you don’t have to worry about your skin even when you are at the beach. Just keep in mind, re-apply the cream every 2 hours specially when you are outdoors. Bioderma is the BEST sun protection brand and I can totally vouch for it.

I also use their other product range which is the Bioderma Sensibio H2O which is one of the best dirt/makeup remover and also I use Bioderma ABCDerm body wash for my little one since she was about 2 months old.
