Newly launched luxury footwear brand explains the design in the details

Adding vivid colours and flair to the wardrobe, Dhami London showcases their first-ever collection and unveils the new heritage must-haves pieces from the Buta collection.

The luxury shoes brand is stocked in the UAE and Qatar in the region.

Creative Director and brand’s namesake, Priyanca Dhami found inspiration from the colourful memories of her childhood in Rajasthan, and sought-after one of the best and oldest Rivera del Brenta ateliers to create the Buta shape. A true preview of the Italian craftsmanship fused with Priyanca’s design and muse, each piece in the Buta collection is crowned with a signature Paisley jewel.

The iconic paisley jewel, reminiscing the delicate shape of a peacock’s feather and inspired by the murals in the palaces of Rajasthan, is made with real Swarovski crystals arranged in an intricate design topped with gold and silver plating – that captures in the old-school charm of Rajasthan and adds to the sparkle of the modern woman. Each pair is hand-made at the atelier and takes two days to produce as the metal is embossed.

The Dhami Buta comes in three perfect shapes – the Buta Pump, the Buta Slingback and the Buta Ballerina. 

Spoiling with choice, Priyanca has designed the first collection with eight different colour combinations of the different shapes and textures.

The Buta Pumps are available in a satin texture, Buta Slingbacks in pony skin leather, velvet and satin; and Buta Ballerina is available in satin and napa leather.
